Remember to read the information about the tutorial resources and then move on to the box that will help you choose a benefit application. Once there you will answer a series of quick questions to determine if you are eligible for a pension benefit application. For NEAP participants, the NEAP prompt will direct you to the appropriate application for you to withdraw your funds.  TEST

Upon completing the prompt, you will be given three choices: download and view a brief instructional video, view only the text instructions for completing the application and download the application directly. We recommend first downloading the application before viewing the instructional video. The video tutorial is quite beneficial because it highlights important sections on the application that you may miss when completing your pension benefit application. To view the video you will need to install Windows Media Player if it is not already installed on your computer. Free installation information is found in the tutorial resources box mentioned in the paragraph above.
