Historically, there have been differing practices with regard to National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF) coverage of working owners and the amount of contributions required. NEBF is also aware that there may not be a clear understanding with regard to coverage of seasonal and part-time employees. With this in mind, the NEBF Trustees have decided to clarify how coverage and contributions will be accepted on behalf of working owners and seasonal and part-time employees
effective April 1, 2007.
